1925 – Foundation Stone Was Laid
These photographs were discovered in a skip in Bournemouth and later sent to the Henley Library. They capture the day the foundation stone of Shiplake Memorial Hall was laid. Remarkably, they were found in the same year as the hall’s centenary, making their discovery especially significant.
